Essex Rotary brings you our new lightweight under drive pulley Kit replaces both the Alternator and Water Pump Pulleys reducing the potential for Water pump cavitation and over working the Alternator at the high RPM ranges the Rotary Engine can operate at.

These Lightweight Pulleys are CNC machined from super light but extremely strong 6061-T6 Aluminium Alloy. reducing rotational weight from the crank and associated ancillaries will theoretically frees up horsepower normally used to turn the heavier pulleys and ancillaries (though Essex Rotary make no claim to proven HP gains when using under drive kits)

Cavitation

Cavitation is a process where by your water pump impeller acts like a “whisk” at high RPM beating air bubbles in to the coolant mixture, this process dramatically reduces coolant efficiency as the increasing cavitation effect reduces coolant flow around the engine.

Each kit comes complete with a replacement drive belt made by Gates to suit your new setup as the OEM size will no longer fit.

This 2 piece kit has the same size water pump pulley as our 3 piece kit however the alternator pulley is slightly larger again.

The couplers shipped with the GReddy turbo upgrade kit are known to fail and split with limited use.
there are many reports of these couplers not being able to withstand the heat from the engine and turbo setup.

This 9 hose kit Exclusive to Essex Rotary if made from the highest quality hose.

These hoses are constructed from one of the toughest polymers available, making them ideal for the high performance environment. All hoses in this kit are capable of handle extremes of temperature (from -60°C to +220°C) and have superb resistance to UV, water, ozone and oxygen (this kit is not Fuel or oil resistant)

Available in a range of colors, Red, Blue or Black other colors are available upon request such as Green, Pink, Purple, Orange.
The Kit consists of 9 couplers required to upgrade your standard couplers.

• 3 Reducer Couplers
• 6 Straight Couplers

These couplers are slightly longer than stock offering a more secure fit once clamped down and under boost conditions.
