This is a brand new part to the UK and has never been available before brought to you by Essex Rotary. Up till now the largest available from a UK seller has been +30mm each side. Our new Fibreglass Over Fenders add a massive 50mm extra to each side , giving your FC3s a wide aggressive look. These are made here in the UK for Essex Rotary using high quality British fibreglass and finished in flexible white gelcoat, with out signature Essex Rotary Green finish on the inside. Made to a high standard so fit to your car will not be a problem, saving you time, money and headache. No one likes a bad fitting part.

Thin But Strong
Our new Super Wide Over Fenders are made thin enough to be flexible, this helps with fitting and conforming to the shape of your RX-7 while remaining thick enough to be strong. You will get 1 set (one left and one right) front over fender.

The CCI twin disc provides the most economical racing clutch for the active sport compact enthusiast. This ceramic twin disc comes with a 4140 forged flywheel and a 6061 T6 aluminium cover complimented with a 6150 steel diaphragm. These units are rated to hold 500 to 1200hp (depending on application).

6 Pad Sprung Ceramic Kit good for up to 600hp.
Stage 4 – Spring Strip Series 1620 Clutch Kit.
This assembly, available with a six puck sprung plate is good for penetrating engagement with higher horsepower applications. This disc complimented by a performance pressure plate provides up to 250% increase in torque capacity. 300-mile break-in recommended with this set-up.

Street /Track Series 2100 Clutch Kit, Rated for handling up to 450hp
A great priced option for street use while still being extremely capable on the track.

This assembly provides up to 80% increase in torque capacity and is properly suited for aggressive street use and moderate track use. The Brass Plus material with its alloy backing matched to a performance pressure plate will provide smooth engagement and extended life. 500 mile break-in highly recommended with this set-up. 300-mile break-in REQUIRED with this set-up. (Some kits may not be supplied with all pieces. Please verify with Competition Clutch before ordering).

The 2100 Series kit includes a performance pressure plate, a high torque sprung disc with anti-burst steel backed Brass Plus facings, all applicable bearings, and the appropriate alignment.

This product is one of Adaptonic’s plug-in ECUs, also called eMod009. It’s a direct plug and play for S4 Mazda RX7 FC.
Our main objective in creating the Adaptronic Modular ECU line is to work towards Adaptronic’s mission which is to give people control. In doing this, we came up with a system which would give people greater flexibility and at the same time, overcome the limitations of our main product line, the Select ECU’s.

GENERAL FEATURES

  • Modular system, so that people can buy hardware upgrades later as their needs develop (eg additional inputs, outputs, or specific functions, eg drive by wire or built-in lambda)
  • Offer a waterproof option, using Superseal connectors

Adaptronic Modular ECU eMod010 for S5 RX-7 FC3s

This product is one of Adaptonic’s plug-in ECUs. Also called RX7 S5.

Our main objective in creating the Adaptronic Modular ECU line is to work towards Adaptronic’s mission which is to give people control. In doing this, we came up with a system which would give people greater flexibility and at the same time, overcome the limitations of our main product line, the Select ECU’s.

GENERAL FEATURES

  • Modular system, so that people can buy hardware upgrades later as their needs develop (eg additional inputs, outputs, or specific functions, eg drive by wire or built-in lambda)
  • Wireless communication
  • Maximum output of 22 (8 ignition, 8 injector, 4 auxiliary, tacho and fuel pump)
  • 3 complementary drivers in the ECU to drive inverse outputs
  • Smooth transition to direct fire
  • Drive dual speed fuel pump
  • Injector staging is automated
  • Has an option to manually set the percentage of fuel to be delivered in secondary (or third, or fourth…) stages
  • Handle the factory pickup, the 36-1 FFE trigger with the factory sensor, and the 36-1 FFE trigger with a Hall effect sensor

      • An additional O2 input, and 2 additional 0-5V inputs for logging or other functions like sequential box strain gauges
      • Additional ignition output for conversion to direct fire
      • Oil pressure, fuel pressure and oil temperature inputs (plus we read the fuel temperature input and use that in the fuel density calculation)
