They also include specially designed interiors to keep the oil at the oil pump pick-up for engine reliability, and additional drain ports for the installation of turbo oil drains etc.

This oil pan offers an increased oil capacity over the stock oil pan, will not corrode and leak like the OEM pan, and with its superior cooling efficiency of the finned (heat sync style) cast aluminium construction this oil pan is a superb upgrade for both forced induction and N/A series 1 RENESIS engines.

These Lightweight Pulleys are CNC machined from super light but extremely strong 6061-T6 Aluminium Alloy. reducing rotational weight from the crank and associated ancillaries will theoretically frees up horsepower normally used to turn the heavier pulleys and ancillaries (though Essex Rotary make no claim to proven HP gains when using under drive kits)

Cavitation is a process where by your water pump impeller acts like a "whisk" at high RPM beating air bubbles in to the coolant mixture, this process dramatically reduces coolant efficiency as the increasing cavitation effect reduces coolant flow around the engine.

Each kit comes complete with a replacement drive belt made by Gates to suit your new setup as the OEM size will no longer fit.

Mishimoto Mazda RX-8 aluminium fan shroud kits will considerably improve engine cooling functions and the overall performance of your vehicle. All Mishimoto fan shrouds are significantly lighter than standard fan shrouds and are a direct OEM fit. A Mishimoto fan shroud will effectively drive heat out of the engine bay and deliver a significant amount of cool air to your RX-8 radiator. The fan shroud also serves another very important purpose: securing the fan blades. The fan shroud will keep the fan blades in place, which otherwise could potentially damage other essential components in your engine.

All Mishimoto aluminium fan shrouds include an adhesive protective strip. This adhesive-backed foam strip seals any remaining gap between the fan shroud and radiator so that the fans are only moving air that has passed through the radiator core as opposed to pulling in air from the engine bay, resulting in improved cooling efficiency.

the Mazda RX-8 is well known for its high-revving rotary engine and well-balanced chassis. An overheating engine can result in a ruined track day or a damaged engine. A Mishimoto racing thermostat is the ideal upgrade for improved cooling reliability and efficiency. Mishimoto racing thermostats promote greater cooling efficiency by significantly decreasing high engine temperatures. Once the engine is fully warmed up, the Mishimoto low-temperature racing thermostat will open at a lower temperature (76°C) compared to standard thermostats (82°C). This allows coolant to flow through the engine sooner, thus reducing and maintaining cooler engine temperatures. As with all our products, this thermostat includes the Mishimoto lifetime warranty.
