Our Kit Fit Lip allows for perfect fitment even if your stock body panels are out of line a little. Something that is all too often the case on Vehicles the age of the RX-7.
It is designed to be shaved down where needed to achieve a perfect fit according to your panel alignment. Fitment is recommended to be carried out by a professional. though with some time, the right tools and some patience these bumpers can be fitted at home by someone with competent skill.
DO NOT SIMPLY SHAVE THE WHOLE FIT LIP OFF PRIOR TO INSTALLATION AS YOU WILL BE LEFT WITH LARGE GAPS IN SOME AREAS. 
This replica includes the standard number plate holder incorperates in to the nose cone just like the original Mazda part.

These are our new FEED style side steps for your RX-7 Fd3s.

Made from High quality British fiberglass and manufactured here in the UK, Unlike many of the cheaper versions for sale on ebay etc these steps actually fit well with minimum  (if any) need for modification. As there is nothing worse than having to brake our the filler and sand paper on your brand new fibreglass parts.

Thick enough to be robust and sturdy and finished in black gel coat we recommend these are painted prior to fitting however many of our customers say they have been happy with the finish on arrival and have simply had them polished up to give a glossy look.

4 Pulley kit Including Belts ideally suited for your RX-7 FD3s
Essex Rotary brings you this new lightweight under drive pulley Kit replaces all three main pulleys (Main Eccentyric Shaft Pulley, Alternator and Water Pump Pulleys) plus the Power Steering Pump Pulley, reducing the potential for Water Pump cavitation and over working of the Alternator at the high RPM ranges the Rotary Engine can operate at.

These Lightweight Pulleys are CNC machined from super light but extremely strong 6061-T6 Aluminium Alloy. reducing rotational weight from the crank and associated ancillaries will theoretically frees up horsepower normally used to turn the heavier pulleys and ancillaries (though Essex Rotary make no claim to proven HP gains when using under drive kits)

Cavitation
Cavitation is a process where by your water pump impeller acts like a “whisk” at high RPM beating air bubbles in to the coolant mixture, this process dramatically reduces coolant efficiency as the increasing cavitation effect reduces coolant flow around the engine.

Each kit comes with 2 new belts (alternator/water pump and air conditioning drive belts) made by Gates to suit your new setup as the OEM size belts will no longer fit.

Made from high quality British fiberglass and manufactured here in the UK exclusively for Essex Rotary. The R3 with is facelift front bumper and side skirts has always lacked that “something” at the back end. This is where our rear spats come in.

These braided stainless steel oil hoses are an ideal replacement for the standard hard line/rubber hose combo fitted by Mazda that is prone to corrosion, causing oil leaks.

The main tell tail sign for this is oil patches in the area in front of the front wheels, wet/oily front wheel arch liners.


Our stainless hose kit is constructed from high quality AN fittings and stainless braided oil line. the kit also includes all fittings and hose brackets required to install your new oil lines.


Please remember that these kits are hand built and pressure tested at our own workshop here in the UK, they are not assembled on mass in a factory in China, as a result there may be a delay in getting these parts to you. Please allow up to 14 days for assembly and delivery of your hose kit

The new oil pressure regulator from Essex Rotary is based on a modified Mazda regulator but is designed to run a higher maximum oil pressure. Bringing the standard pressure on a series 1 RX-8 from  from a maximum of 80 psi and increasing it to around 110psi this increased oil pressure means that your series 1 engine will now run pressures much closer to that of the later series 2 RX-8 (R3)

This makes the Essex Rotary enhanced oil pressure regulator great for ported ad high revving applications, equally suited in a standard engine its a great upgrade for piece of mind.
The main advantage of the increased oil pressure would be to increase bearing protection over that of the standard 80psi found in the series 1.
In our experience we have removed oil pressure regulators from engines that have been running as low as 50-55 psi.

This blanking plate is designed for use on both OEM and aftermarket exhaust manifolds in order to block off the opening left when removing the Secondary Air Injection System typically when running a Decat.

Made from high quality stainless steel and thick enough that warping from heat is no problem

When installing the Essex Rotary blanking plate you will need to use the existing metal gasket and fasteners to hold it in place.

We do not recommend the removal of the secondary air injection system if you are still running a catalytic converter.

Removal of the secondary air injection system will usually cause the Check engine Light to illuminate this can be permanently turned off with our Stage 1 ECU Flash service.
